Agents Responsibilities :

  • Serve as our guests first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodations
  • The principal duties are to handle check-in for arrival clients, handle check-out for departing clients, make follow-up reservations for existing clients, sell activity packages and daycare on reservations made, greet all guests, clients, and vendors, and handle any general inquiries about the business
  • Provide impeccable customer service by following our service foundation and ensure that each customer is treated with respect and dignity
  • Answer incoming calls, respond to voicemails and emails
  • Make boarding reservations; book grooming, and training
  • Manage cash, check, and credit card transactions and reporting / reconciling
  • Get to know clients and their pets names on a regular basis
  • Obtain all information related to a pets visit; ensure accuracy of all information
  • Input all information into SMPL computer systems
  • Interact and communicate closely with other staff to ensure client and pet needs and concerns are understood and addressed
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds

Requirements :

  • A minimum of one year of customer service experience in a similar job such as : Hotel front desk, retail / and service business, call center, online customer service, reception, or other administrative position
