LaQuinta Inn & Suites Florence Cincinnati Airport in Florence, KY is seeking a positive, personable Customer Service Representative. You will answer calls, handle inquiries, and escalate issues while maintaining guest records and following scripts.

• Be able to work on your feet for a typical shift for 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries
• Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge
• Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot
• Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escape to the appropriate party when needed
• Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered
• Must be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours during a typical shift

Compensation

$13 - $13.75 hourly
