Position Details:

• Title: Front Desk Agent
• Type: Full-Time
• Pay: $15.00/Hour
• Schedule: 3 pm-11 pm, weekends and holidays required
• Location: Pocono Mountain Villas by Exploria Resorts

Job Summary:

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for ensuring every guest has an enjoyable experience at the resort. Main duties include greeting guests, answering questions, recommending activities and restaurants, and handling phone calls.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Respond professionally and courteously to guests and potential guests
• Check guests in/out
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Respond to inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information, and guest concerns
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Strong hospitality and communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions, multitask, and communicate effectively
• Adherence to cashiering procedures
• Good computer skills and detail-oriented
• Bi-lingual skills are a plus

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand for long periods
• Constant computer and phone usage

Required Competencies:

• Good communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Attention to detail and phone etiquette
