SMI Hotel Group is seeking a flexible Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional service and memorable experiences. The role involves handling guest check-ins/outs, maintaining cash transactions, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have experience in hotel reception, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with hotel reservations software.
