Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts seeks a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests at our Columbus property and ensure smooth check-in/check-out. You will be the first point of contact, handling requests and delivering a warm, personalized experience.

You will coordinate with other departments, assist with guest needs, and step in as manager on duty when required, maintaining service recovery and high standards of hospitality.

Here is what you will be doing each day:

As our front desk agent, you will be a champion of empowerment and guest satisfaction at our AAA Four Diamond accredited property. You will build morale with your team and engage them with service recovery using Hilton's methods to make it right every time. You will be a liaison between the front desk and other departments and act as the manager on duty.

You have a keen eye for detail and understand the importance of guest experience from check-in until check-out.
