Job summary

Intercontinental St. Paul Riverfront is seeking a guest services professional to provide punctual, courteous, and efficient handling of requests, including check-in and checkout, and answering calls.

You will greet guests, process registrations, handle payments, and respond to inquiries with a friendly, team-oriented approach while maintaining accuracy and a positive guest experience. This role emphasizes guest satisfaction, collaboration with colleagues, and adhering to hotel standards.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Experience in a customer service-oriented role.
• Availability for flexible scheduling.
• Communicate in the English language.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check them in/out in a professional manner.
• Operate cashier registers and process payments accurately.
• Answer calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
• Provide or obtain accurate information to guests and assist as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Physical Environment:

• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Must be able to push/pull up to 100 pounds occasionally

• Adequately communicate with guests, management,and co-workers
