Position: Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities include completing all activities on the Front Desk checklist, performing marketing duties (upselling), providing excellent service to guests, and following security and liability measures to protect assets.

Essential Functions:

• Maintain professional appearance and conduct
• Greet guests warmly, provide information, and assist with check-in/out processes
• Handle payments, verify IDs, and balance cash
• Communicate effectively with hotel departments and guests
• Follow safety, security, and emergency procedures
• Operate front office systems and respond to guest inquiries and complaints
• Work flexible hours as required

Required Skills and Experience:

• Previous hotel front desk experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with computers and office equipment
• Customer service skills

Physical Demands:

• Standing for long periods, repetitive motions, lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Visual and auditory acuity

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Six months of related experience preferred
• Ability to work in a team environment
