Hammock Beach Resort & Spa, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our guest services team in a fast-paced resort environment. You will welcome guests, check them in, and provide information about local attractions while delivering outstanding service.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, an engaging personality, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Check guests in and register them.
• Ensure proper credit is received and special requests noted.
• Provide exceptional guest service and resolve issues to WOW guests.
• Promote and sell hotel programs.
• Be knowledgeable of hotel amenities and local area.
• Interact with hotel/resort staff professionally and assist other departments as needed.
• Follow procedures on posting, charges, cashing checks, deposits and refunds.
• Communicate all pertinent information to manager on duty.
