Opal Collection's Sagamore in Bolton Landing, NY is looking for friendly Front Desk Agents. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm, efficient check-ins and thoughtful service in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities include handling reservations, describing rooms and amenities, guiding guests to resort activities, and promoting the OPAL loyalty program. We offer competitive hourly pay, comprehensive benefits, free meals on shift, and resort discounts.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience or guest service role preferred.
• Ability to handle check-in/check-out procedures accurately.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with resort amenities and hours of operation.

The Sagamore is seeking Front Desk Agents to join our team! This crucial position is one of the first points of contact for our guests, front desk associates must be guest focused. We are looking for energetic individuals able to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
