Responsibilities
  • Perform check-in and check-out tasks
  • Manage reservations via online and phone
  • Inform customers about payment methods and verify credit card data
  • Register guests with necessary information
  • Welcome guests and assign rooms
  • Provide information about hotel services and amenities
  • Respond promptly to guest complaints
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness
  • Confirm group reservations and assist VIP guests and event attendees
  • Upsell additional services when appropriate
  • Maintain records of bookings and payments
Qualifications
  • Experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent or similar role
  • Experience with hotel reservation software (e.g., OnQ, Opera)
