YWCA Northeast Kansas is seeking a part-time Front Desk Administrative Assistant to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will provide courteous customer service and perform clerical tasks to support agency programs and operations.
The position requires prior reception experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and social justice as reflected in the YWCA mission.

Office Manager
Reporting to the Office Manager, the Front Desk Administrative Assistant serves as the first line of communication for all traffic that walks through YWCA Northeast Kansas and fills a crucial role in providing excellent customer service. The Front Desk Administrative Assistant completes clerical and administrative duties to support the goals and objectives of YWCA Northeast Kansas.
