The Front Desk/Admin Assistant will be the first point of contact for the public at Caritas Legal Services, handling calls and greeting visitors. Responsibilities include answering multiline phones, assisting with office tasks (copying, filing, mailing, payments), translating documents between Spanish and English, managing client files and data, and supporting outreach activities. Must communicate effectively in Spanish and English and be sensitive to the community's cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
