Qualifications

• Greet all visitors and assist them directly or announce their arrival.
• Ensure that all clients sign in and out as required.
• Handle or assist in crisis intervention.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls and take messages for staff.
• Receive and assist visitors at University Family Residence.
• Route mail and deliveries as required.
