At D1 Kalamazoo, we’re looking for an energetic individual to join the team as a front desk attendant. This is no ordinary front desk… This front desk will be seeing local athletes of all ages and levels, looking to take themselves to the next level! And you’ll be the first person they see, bringing them the energy they need to MAKE IT HAPPEN! A little more about what we need you to help us with:

• Complete Opening/Closing Checklists
• Answer all customer support questions for current and new members
• Answer phone calls and take messages for Recruiters and Management
• Check Clients into workouts and ensure accurate attendance tracking
• Ensure bathrooms are stocked and clean
• Keep fridge and shelves fully stocked of food, drink, clothing
• Process all ancillary purchases in MBO
• Complete daily social media tasks

Ability to Relocate:

• Portage, MI 49002: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Compensation: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
