Position

PT Youngdahl Front Desk Staff

Location & Role Overview

Youngdahl Living is a 16‑unit building designed to support adults who have experienced barriers to securing stable housing. The role provides onsite monitoring 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including monitoring access to the building, activity in public areas, and availability for support and emergency assistance to tenants as needed. Staff are also available for crisis intervention and to access community resources as appropriate.

Hours

Part‑time. Weekend, afternoon/evening, daytime, and overnight shifts (awake/sleep position).

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and safety of the building.
• Maintain resident records.
• Monitor changes in behavior, participation in therapies, impact of visits from friends, family, interaction with peers, and compliance with tenant lease obligations.
• Keep supervisor informed of any issues that arise.

Education & Experience

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must pass the required applicant background check.
• Be 18 years of age or above.
• One year of experience in the mental health/behavioral health field.
• Driver license.

Compensation

Wage Range of $17.25 to $18.25 per hour.
