Job summary

River Valley Regional YMCA is seeking a Member Service role to deliver excellent service to members, guests and program participants, while promoting memberships and programs and maintaining lobby cleanliness.

The position emphasizes member retention, direct sales, and building connections within the YMCA community, with emphasis on teamwork and adherence to YMCA policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.
  • Previous customer service, sales or related experience.
  • Certifications required within 30 days of hire: CPR/AED, and First Aid.
  • Basic knowledge of computers.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Requirements
