Massage Envy Annapolis is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service and educate clients on Total Body Care offerings. You will assist with service bookings, product recommendations, and building a loyal client base in a fast-paced wellness setting.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and relationship-building with guests, with a flexible schedule including potential evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help guests feel valued and understood.
• Promote Total Body Care by educating clients on services, selling wellness programs, and booking future services.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions.
• Grow and retain a client base in-person and via phone/email outreach.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
