Responsibilities

As a Parts Salesperson, you will interact daily with customers and collaborate with our sales team to fulfill customer requests and provide information.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greeting customers, helping them find parts, answering questions, educating on product use, and advising on maintenance and installation
• Managing inventory and ensuring all parts are correctly stocked and displayed
• Resolving customer dissatisfaction, handling backorders, damaged parts, or stock-outs creatively
• Organizing merchandise and updating displays based on current inventory, sales, and promotions
• Calculating sales totals, considering discounts, store credit, promotions, and flash sales
• Labeling parts based on function and price using established methods

Qualifications

Minimum requirements include:

• Two-year degree or equivalent work experience
• Ability to quickly learn about various parts
• Personable, friendly, and attentive listener
• Three to five years of customer service experience preferred
• Familiarity with inventory stocking and organization preferred
