North Central Utility (NCU) is seeking a Front Counter Sales Representative in Kaukauna, WI. You will engage with walk-in customers, educate them on NCU parts and services, and assist with deliveries and store operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient with technology.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including repeatedly lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Driving is a duty of this job.

Responsibilities

• Represent NCU to all walk-in store customers.
• Educate the retail customer on NCU parts and services.
• Assist with delivery and route operation.
• Assist with parts stocking and store organization.
• Load & unload vehicles as needed.
• Increase sales volume through promotional sales and activity.
• Build relationships with customers.
• Assist in warehouse and EO Y inventory.
