Job summary

GreenThumb Lawn and Garden in West Palm Beach, Florida, is hiring for a full-time position focused on providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions using our Point of Service system, and providing quotes via various channels.

Successful candidates will have strong communication skills, a go-getter attitude, and proficiency in computer skills. Knowledge of the outdoor power equipment industry is a plus. After 90 days, benefits are provided, and employees can join the 401K program after one year.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Greeting customers in person and over the phone to identify their needs
• Utilizing our Point of Service computer system for all transactions
• Providing price quotes in person, over the phone, or by fax or email
• Following up with customers and providing a high level of customer service
• Maintaining a tidy work space
• Developing an understanding of the outdoor power equipment industry and maintaining excellent product knowledge.

Qualities that are a plus, but not necessary to be successful in this position:

• Basic Mechanical Knowledge
• Previous Experience in Parts Lookup
