Qualifications

• Restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Handler Certification required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide excellent customer service.
• Take guest orders in person and by phone.
• Prepare wings, fries, and other items.
• Sauce, season, package, and present food.
• Ensure accuracy of orders before serving.
• Operate kitchen equipment and follow food safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Handle cash and process card transactions accurately.
• Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties.
• Work as part of a team to meet speed and quality standards.
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and uniform guidelines.
