Qualifications

• Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Operate the register and handle cash and card transactions with speed and accuracy.
• Guide guests through the menu and provide recommendations when needed.
• Must be willing to learn kitchen procedures and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble menu items according to Bossy Beulah’s standards.
• Operate fryers and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front counter, dining areas, and kitchen stations.
• Support food prep, stocking, and station organization through on the job training.
• Communicate clearly with teammates to keep service moving smoothly.
• Assist with restocking, opening, and closing duties as needed.
