Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking a Front Bar Receptionist for weekend availability to create a welcoming and positive guest experience. You will greet clients, answer calls, promote FACE FOUNDRIÉ products, and support in-store operations.

This part-time role emphasizes customer service, achieving sales goals, following store standards, and adherence to timekeeping and safety procedures. Evening weekend shifts required with paid training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience required (1 year or more).
• Sales and marketing experience beneficial.
• Salon experience preferred; esthetic students encouraged to apply.
• Education: High School or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
• Explain, sell, and recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Notify when supplies are low in collaboration with the Salon Manager.
• Assist in all in-store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are followed at all times.
• Accurately follow company timekeeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory training and team meetings.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures for compliance.
• Keep the store clean and fully stocked at all times.

The Front Bar Receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming and positive experience for every guest that comes through the door. They are responsible for maintaining a positive environment and exceed standards in guest services, phone etiquette and product and service recommendations.

As a Front Bar Receptionist you will perform the following critical functions.

• Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
• Explain, sell, recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Work with the Salon Manager to notify when supplies are low.
• Assist in all in-store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory training and team meetings.
• Follow all safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures before, during and after services to ensure board compliance at all times.
• Responsible for keeping the store clean and fully stocked at all times.

Experience

Job Type: Part Time Weekend Warrior-- Friday-Sunday shifts!
