Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ in Phoenix is seeking a Front Bar Receptionist to create a welcoming, upbeat guest experience. You will greet visitors, handle phone inquiries, promote FACE FOUNDRIÉ products, and support daily store operations.

This part-time weekend role (Friday–Sunday) requires high school or equivalent, strong customer service and sales mindset, and a willingness to attend trainings. Evenings and weekends required; base pay plus commission and gratuity with discounts on products.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience (1 year)
• Sales and Marketing Experience
• Salon Experience Preferred
• Current Esthetic Students Preferred

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
• Explain, sell, and recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Work with the Salon Manager to notify when supplies are low.
• Assist in all in-store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory training and team meetings.
• Follow all safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures to ensure compliance at all times.
• Keep the store clean and fully stocked at all times.

The Front Bar Receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming and positive experience for every guest that comes through the door. They are responsible for maintaining a positive environment and exceed standards in guest services, phone etiquette and product and service recommendations.

As a Front Bar Receptionist you will perform the following critical functions.
