Job summary

BASS Medical Group in Mountain View is seeking a motivated Medical Assistant for a long‑term, full‑time role in our front and back office. You will prepare patients for exams, take vitals, administer vaccines, manage rooms, and enter data into EPIC, contributing to a smooth, patient‑centered flow.

Qualifications

• Six months of Epic EHR experience strongly preferred.
• Passionate about preventive and chronic care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for exams and procedures.
• Take vitals and room patients.
• Administer vaccines and medications.
• Maintain exam rooms and supplies.
• Data entry into EPIC and medical records.
• Scan and fax documents as needed.
• Handle insurance authorizations and referrals.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments.
• Spirometry and ECG.
