Compass Group USA is hiring a full-time COOK at 50 Morehall Road, Malvern, PA 19355. The role covers breakfast and lunch service Monday through Thursday, with a focus on cooking from scratch and maintaining quality. Prior food prep experience is required; internals may have referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Previous food prep and cooking from scratch experience required.
• Must be able to follow standardized recipes and safety guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and temperatures, ensuring appealing presentation.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety of the kitchen and storage areas in line with HACCP standards.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment and assists in production planning and reporting.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of food and supplies and notifies supervisor of maintenance needs.
