Qualifications

• 3+ years of food preparation, baking and cooking experience.
• Must have a valid Nebraska Food Handlers and Cook permit.

• Flexibility to work weekends and variable hours.

Responsibilities

• Cook and work unsupervised.
• Prepare three meals a day for 60+ people.
• Prepare all aspects of all three meals – entrees, meat, potatoes, vegetables, soup, sandwiches, salads, breads, desserts, etc.
• Cook and bake from scratch – follow recipes.
• Assist Prep Cook/Line Cook as necessary.
