YOUR ROLE

We seek a dynamic Senior or Managing Consultant in frog’s CX Transformation team, focused on Activation & Enablement of CX at scale. The role requires experience in Marketing, Sales, Service, and Commerce with Adobe platforms and a proven ability to support sales and delivery of innovative solutions in this domain.

CX Platform Advisory
  • Support sales and lead delivery of go-to-market offerings for CX platform advisory services that enhance ROI and enable client marketing, sales, and service strategies.
  • Bridge future customer experiences with the platforms needed to realize them.
  • Support clients in transforming their CX capabilities by leveraging AI, defining pilots, scaling approaches, and embedding AI into marketing and CX practices.
  • Advise top-tier organizations on CX platform capabilities, supporting processes, operating models, and governance.
  • Provide insights into product strengths and weaknesses, especially across Adobe Experience Cloud and emerging GenAI products.
  • Stay informed on best practices, emerging trends, and innovations across digital media, data integration, marketing automation, content management, and social media.
  • Work with clients across various industries, including Retail, Technology, Media, Utilities, Public Sector, Financial Services, Automotive, and more.
CX Transformation Leadership & Participation
  • Lead teams comprising management consultants, experience designers, technologists, data strategists, and implementation specialists to achieve program goals.
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering professional growth and delivering quality results.
  • Contribute to thought leadership in CX Transformation and Platform Advisory.
  • Participate in recruitment, training, and community-building activities.
  • Build networks within frog and Capgemini to promote CX platform offerings and support business growth.
  • Assist in client proposals and RFP responses from initial brief to final presentation.
  • Manage and expand existing client relationships.
  • Willingness to travel up to 85% as required.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 8 years’ experience in an agency or consultancy environment, with 4 years at GRADE C or above.
  • Extensive experience with CX Advisory and CX Platforms, especially Adobe suite.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into capabilities and map them to technical solutions.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in CX advisory and platforms, with deep expertise in at least one of the following areas: full-stack marketing technology (Adobe, Google, Salesforce), Customer Data Platforms, Content Management Systems (Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful, Drupal), or marketing orchestration tools (Tealium, Aprimo, Twilio, ActionIQ).
  • Proven success in digital project delivery across various industries.
  • BA or BS degree required; an MBA from a top-tier program is preferred.
