Convergent Research is seeking a Program Launch Manager to sit at the center of the FRO lifecycle, coordinating launches across multiple departments and supporting founder residencies. You will help scientists turn ideas into functioning organizations, ensure timely execution, and optimize operations for scalable impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead FRO launches, coordinating across legal, finance, people, and IT.
• Run founder programs, onboarding participants and designing program experiences.
• Be a trusted partner to founders, guiding them through governance and operations.
• Listen and learn by creating structured feedback loops with FRO teams.
• Help FROs become operationally independent through smooth handoffs.
• Improve the launch system by updating playbooks, templates, and docs.
• Pitch in on unusual projects or new partner initiatives as needed.
