Job summary

AEG Presents is seeking friendly, customer‑oriented team members to drive Fright Fest sales and guest experiences in Arlington, TX. You will engage guests, promote premium Fright Fest experiences, and process transactions at points of sale.

This role requires a positive attitude, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced park environment, including weekends, nights, and peak days during the Fright Fest season.

Overview

Fright Fest Attractions sales team members are responsible for driving sales of all haunted houses, specialty experiences, and premium Fright Fest offerings, while providing exceptional guest service. This role actively engages guests throughout the park and educates them about the various attractions available.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive guest engagement.

• Scan and redeem Fright Fest tickets.
• Assist with the overall operation of the Fright Fest Haunted House lines.
• Support the success of Fright Fest while maintaining operational and park objectives.

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude and strong social skills.
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to explain products, promotions, and attractions of offerings clearly.
• Comfortable promoting and selling premium attractions, upgrades and special experiences.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work weekends, days, nights, holidays, and peak operating days during the Fright Fest season.
