AEG Presents is seeking friendly, customer‑oriented team members to drive Fright Fest sales and guest experiences in Arlington, TX. You will engage guests, promote premium Fright Fest experiences, and process transactions at points of sale.

This role requires a positive attitude, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced park environment, including weekends, nights, and peak days during the Fright Fest season.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality with positive attitude and social skills.
• Strong verbal communication to explain products and promotions clearly.
• Dependable, punctual, able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive guest engagement and serve as a brand ambassador for Fright Fest.
• Process transactions accurately and scan/redeem Fright Fest tickets.
• Assist with overall Fright Fest operations and peak-day demands.
