Job summary

Serco is seeking an experienced Systems Integrator to support the U.S. Navy Frigate Program in Washington, DC. Your role focuses on planning and coordinating systems integration for Navy ships, with a strong emphasis on combat systems and cybersecurity.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance. The position offers flexible work arrangements and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• 8 years of experience supporting Navy Surface Combatant shipbuilding or systems integration.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate frigate systems integration and associated program execution activities.
• Lead and track integration of Frigate systems including combat systems and cybersecurity capabilities.
• Support TEMP development and executable test schedules.
