Job summary

Friends for Kathy Hochul seeks a full-time Compliance Associate for the New York State campaign. Location: Manhattan. The role supports fundraising compliance and financial operations, reporting to the Senior Compliance Manager.

Responsibilities include donor communications for compliance forms, document tracking, review for completeness, and assisting with contribution processing. Prior campaign experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong phone and email communication skills; comfortable with high-volume outreach.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Comfort with, and ability to learn, new software or databases; Experience with NGP or QuickBooks a plus, but not required.

Salary: $5,525 to $6,000 monthly (commensurate with experience)

Friends for Kathy Hochul is seeking a full-time Compliance Associate for the campaign of New York State’s first female Governor, Kathy Hochul. The role is responsible for supporting fundraising compliance and supporting financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Review incoming forms for completeness and flag any corrections or missing information needed
