Threshold Group is seeking a Finance Associate to support fundraising operations for Democratic campaigns at Local, State, and Federal levels in New York City.

The in-person role in our Midtown Manhattan office offers a salary range of $48,000–$60,000 with health insurance and a 401(k). You will research prospective donors, coordinate events, manage donor databases, draft invitations, and staff fundraising activities.

Job description

Threshold Group is looking to hire a new Finance Associate. This role will be responsible for working day-to-day on the fundraising operations for various Democratic campaigns at the Local, State, and Federal level.

Responsibilities for this role will include:

• Researching prospective donors.
• Working with candidates in call time.
• Interacting directly with potential donors to solicit contributions and plan fundraising events.
• Managing client databases.
• Drafting copy and event invitations.
• Staffing fundraising events and meetings.

Qualifications for this role are:

• At least one cycle of campaign experience. There will be a strong preference for candidates with prior fundraising experience and proficiency with NGP/ActBlue/Numero.
