Job summary

Aramark is seeking a friendly cashier to join our team. You will greet guests, process transactions, balance cash, and provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced setting.

This role requires operating a register, handling cash and card payments, and following cash handling policies. Previous customer service and cash handling experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.
• Basic math and counting skills required.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Completion of Food Handler and Alcohol Service trainings as required by location.

Responsibilities

• Accurately operate a register and handle cash/credit card transactions.
• Greet and assist customers while anticipating their needs.
• Balance cash drawer and complete cashier slips.
• Adhere to Aramark's cash handling policies.
• Know merchandise to assist customers and process transactions.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as assigned.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment during service.
• Ensure products are stocked and replenished as needed.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
