Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market in Conyers, GA is seeking a friendly Cashier to be the face of the store and deliver quick, accurate checkout service. You will handle cash, card payments, and make sure customers leave with a smile while following front-end procedures and keeping the checkout area clean and organized.

The role requires 1-2 years of cashier experience, an outgoing attitude, and the ability to multi-task during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of cashier experience.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with the ability to interact with customers.
• Ability to operate front end equipment: register, calculator, scanner.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork; ability to take direction.
• Ability to perform repetitious tasks, multi-task, and stay organized.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 30 lbs. and push/pull grocery carts.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
• Handle cash, credit/debit payments, and give accurate change.
• Maintain checkout areas in a clean, orderly condition.
• Assist with stocking shelves and directing customers to product locations.
• Stay knowledgeable about weekly ads and events; communicate with front end team.
