Bass Pro Shops in Morgantown, WV is seeking a part-time Cashier to assist customers at the register and in-store services. You will greet customers, answer questions, and process sales while promoting store programs such as CLUB Membership and in-store pickup.

The role requires High School education or equivalent. You will stand for long periods, handle merchandise, and work with a friendly, team-oriented staff in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Ability to calculate discounts and make change.
• Strong communication with customers and associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with management and customers.
• Experience operating a computerized POS register system.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and prompt customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ring up merchandise and operate POS registers accurately.
• Assist customers in making buying decisions and promoting store programs.
• Maintain shelves and keep the checkout area organized.
• All other duties as assigned.
