Applitrack is seeking a dedicated Freshman-Reserve Boys Basketball Coach for John Stark Regional High School to guide student-athletes during the 2026-27 season. The role focuses on developing fundamentals, teamwork, and competitive spirit within a supportive environment.

The coach will plan practices, manage game strategies, and collaborate with staff to promote sportsmanship and personal growth among players and the school community.

Qualifications

• Previous coaching and/or playing experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build relationships with student-athletes, families, and staff.
• Commitment to creating a supportive and spirited athletic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop lacrosse players both on and off the court.
• Plan, organize, and execute practices, game strategies, and team meetings.
• Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth among student-athletes.
• Collaborate effectively with assistant coaches, athletic staff, school administration and team boosters.
• Represent the basketball program positively within the school and broader community.
