Justin-Siena High School is seeking a Freshmen Baseball Head Coach for the 2026-2027 school year. The role involves directing all phases of the team, including practice planning, conditioning, and strategy, with a focus on holistic student growth and Lasallian values.

The position is part-time with a competitive stipend, and there is potential consideration for a full-time role based on qualifications. The coach will work closely with the Varsity Head Coach and be a positive mentor for students.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of successful coaching experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Understanding of CIF Bylaws and Guidelines.
• Demonstrated ability to lead others.
• Effective Communication and Organizational Skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of the Frosh baseball program, including practice planning, conditioning, and strategy.
• Direct the team and align with the Lasallian school’s core principles.
• Provide mentorship and be a positive role model for student-athletes.
• Coordinate with the Varsity Head Coach and report to the athletic leadership.
• Season runs Fall 2026 through May 2027; position is part-time with a competitive stipend.

Description

Justin-Siena is seeking a Freshmen Baseball Head Coach for the 2026-2027 school year. The school competes in the Vine Valley Athletic League (VVAL) and the North Coast Section (NCS). Candidates must have a commitment to building a loving, inclusive community and to developing holistic growth in student-athletes. The position is part-time and comes with a competitive stipend. However, some consideration for a full-time position may be determined based on qualification . Lower level Head Coaches report directly to the Varsity Head Coach.

The successful candidate will articulate a vision for a successful Frosh Baseball Team that aligns with the core principles of a Lasallian school and the Baseball Program. Further, it is expected the Head Coach will direct all phases of the team including practice planning, conditioning, and strategy. The Baseball program will be active from Fall 2026 through May 2027. Finally, the head coach embraces the responsibility of being a positive role model/mentor for students and as a representative of Justin-Siena High School.
