Responsibilities

• Plan practices, conditioning, and strategy for the JV baseball program.
• Direct all phases of the team, including practice planning and game strategy.
• Serve as a positive role model and representative of Justin-Siena High School.
• Coordinate with school athletics and align with fall to May 2027 season.

Justin-Siena is seeking a Junior Varsity Baseball Head Coach for the 2026-2027 school year. The school competes in the Vine Valley Athletic League (VVAL) and the North Coast Section (NCS). Candidates must have a commitment to building a loving, inclusive community and to developing holistic growth in student-athletes. The position is part-time and comes with a competitive stipend. However, some consideration for a full-time position may be determined based on qualification . Lower level Head Coaches report directly to the Varsity Head Coach.

The successful candidate will articulate a vision for a successful JV Baseball Team that aligns with the core principles of a Lasallian school and the Baseball Program. Further, it is expected the Head Coach will direct all phases of the team including practice planning, conditioning, and strategy. The Baseball program will be active from Fall 2026 through May 2027. Finally, the head coach embraces the responsibility of being a positive role model/mentor for students and as a representative of Justin-Siena High School.

Preferred qualifications:

• Three or more years of successful coaching experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Understanding of CIF Bylaws and Guidelines
• Demonstrated ability to lead others
• Effective Communication and Organizational Skills
