Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Utilize a voice-activated Vo Collect headset system to determine item locations and quantities.
2. Operate powered industrial equipment, such as an electric pallet jack, safely and efficiently. Training and certification will be provided by Weis Markets.
3. Complete pre-operation inspections and submit documentation prior to equipment use.
4. Organize products on pallets securely for shipment.
5. Inspect products for damage or improper packaging and secure them with shrink wrap for delivery.
6. Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment, adhering to Weis Markets, OSHA, and other relevant regulations.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

Working towards completing a high school diploma or GED is required.
