• Help resolve customer concerns promptly and courteously.
• Set up displays and rotate product as needed.
• Ensure seafood is fresh, properly priced, and correctly signed.
• Handle spoiled or near-expiration products per company procedures.
• Maintain logs to track freshness and quality.
• Follow all food safety codes when handling product and using kitchen tools.
• Perform general sanitation of the department.
