Job summary

ShopRite of Bayville is seeking a Seafood Clerk to deliver a great customer experience while operating the seafood department. You will prepare and pack fresh and frozen seafood according to company standards and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, rotating stock, pricing, and assisting with daily department tasks to support store goals and service priorities.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak English clearly.
• Ability to work with fresh, frozen seafood and other products.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and work varying shifts.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Prepare, pack, and display seafood per standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the seafood department.
• Monitor freshness, rotate stock, and assist with pricing and inventory.
