Responsibilities

• Ensures attractive, fresh display; check quality; stock cases and shelves.
• Maintain signage and pricing accuracy; keep back stock organized.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well‑organized work and shopping environment.
• Assist with sampling; keep sample areas full and tidy.
• Follow health, sanitation, and Weights & Measures procedures.
• Handle fish preparation, labeling, dating, and cooking/smoking as required.
• Support inventory checks and opening/closing duties as assigned.
