Responsibilities

• Ensure fresh, appealing displays by checking quality and stocking cases.
• Keep signage and pricing accurate and up to date; maintain back stock.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work/shopping environment.
• Assist with sampling; keep sample areas full, clean, and appealing.
• Clean cases, glass, signs, uprights, coolers, floors, and drains as required.
• Skin, bone, and cook or smoke fish; label and date cooked fish.
• Help with periodic inventory checks and opening/closing duties.
• Provide excellent customer service; respond to needs promptly and use suggestive selling.
• Maximize sales through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follow health, sanitation, and Weights & Measures procedures; ensure compliance.
