Price Rite of PROVIDENCE is seeking a Seafood Clerk to maintain fresh seafood displays, price merchandise, and assist customers. You will ensure products are properly rotated, labeled, and stocked while providing courteous service in a fast-paced grocery environment.

The position offers part-time hours, including days, evenings and weekends, with an hourly wage in the $16–$20 range. Training and cross-department opportunities are provided to support career growth within Price Rite.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English well.
• Ability to perform basic math and handle cash accurately.
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a shift.
• Adhere to health, safety and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, neat, organized and safe work areas in the department.
• Check products received against invoices and price items accordingly.
• Operate slicing and related equipment where applicable.
• Provide friendly, prompt customer service at checkout and in-aisle assistance.
• Follow all store policies and safety regulations.
