Job summary

Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking a seafood team member to support counter service, stocking, and sanitation in the seafood department. You will ensure a positive store image with courteous, friendly service and adhere to health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities include fresh display, accurate signage, inventory checks, and assisting with sampling programs while maintaining a clean, safe environment. Flexibility for shifts is needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented, friendly and proactive.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of seafood products preferred.
• Willingness to perform sanitation and safety duties.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Ensures fresh, appealing display; checks quality and keeps cases clean and stocked.
• Maintains accurate department signage and pricing.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Maintains safe, clean and organized work/shopping environment.
• Assists with sampling, keeping areas full and clean.
