Job summary

WinCo Foods is seeking a motivated team member to set up and maintain department standards while delivering friendly, courteous service to customers. You will help ensure product quality, assist with merchandise placement, and support store operations during varied shifts from early morning to late evening.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with product location, handling returns, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform physical tasks.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate basic store equipment.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Seeks opportunities to welcome, engage, serve and thank customers.
• Maintains an atmosphere of friendly, enthusiastic customer service.
• Performs receiving duties including verifying orders against invoices and breaking down loads.
