Job summary

WinCo Foods is seeking team members to set up and maintain department standards, provide friendly customer service, and ensure product quality and selection. Shifts span early morning to evening in a 24/7 operation.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, assist customers, and perform receiving and merchandising tasks to keep shelves stocked and appealing. Ideal candidates will have basic math skills, be at least 16, and obtain a Food Handlers Certification as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes, engages, serves and thanks customers with a friendly, attentive attitude.
• Assists customers in locating items and answers questions promptly.
• Performs receiving duties: verifies orders, breaks down loads, and assists with returns or refunds.
• Merchandises and maintains cleanliness of shelves and displays; ensures product freshness and quality.
• Operates equipment safely (knives, wrappers, scales, hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklift).
• Maintains a safe and secure work environment and follows department policies.
