Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail preferred.
• Basic English; ability to learn produce equipment and tools.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Smile, greet, and assist customers courteously.
• Merchandising: Stock, trim, rotate, and replenish produce items for freshness.
• Operations: Load, transport, and organize produce merchandise.
• Product Handling: Handle items carefully to prevent waste or damage.
• Compliance & Safety: Follow health regulations and safety program guidelines.
• Sanitation: Clean displays, equipment, and work areas.
• Teamwork: Support merchandising plans and communicate with supervisors.
• Other duties as assigned to meet department goals.
